Miscellaneous Info: The Tempest MPV was a highly modified early version of the US' Force Protection Cougar 4x4 MRAP.  It was specifically designed to fit the needs of British Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) search teams in the former Yugoslavia.  It was later replaced by the Ridgback Protected Patrol Vehicle and Mastiff PPV when they became available.
