Miscellaneous Info: The Boxer CRV was the vehicle selected in March 2018 to become Australia's new Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle (CRV) under Phase Two (2) of Project Land 400. The other finalist in the program was the AMV35 offered by a conglomerate of BAE Systems Australia, BAE Systems Haaglunds & Patria, PLC.  The Boxer CRV will replace the aging ASLAV-25 Reconnaissance Vehicle. Later phases of the project are dedicated to the selection of a new Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Maneuver Support Vehicle and and Integrated Training System.

The Boxer CRV is based upon the proven Boxer Multi-Role Armored Vehicle in service with Germany, the Netherlands and Lithuania.
