Mike Tizard - Salisbury, UK

The model was originally made by Craftsman Mike Tizard in 1979 during a tour of Northern Ireland with 10 Regiment RCT, REME Workshop (Moscow Camp, Belfast). Mike built the model in his spare time using whatever materials (e.g. steel) were at hand in the shop. After finding it in his parent's loft recently, he refurbished it this year (2024).  After a 39-year career in REME, Mike is now retired and lives in Salisbury, England.
