M1025 Humvee (1st Marine Recon) - (Iraq 2003)

The vehicle depicts Sgt. Colbert's vehicle from Evan Wright's book (and TV Mini-Series) "Generation Kill".  The base kit is Tamiya's M1025 with added accessories from Pro Art Models and Legend.  The Figures are by Verlinden Productions but converted to show MOPP suits.

Humvee with S-250 Shelter Carrier

The base kit is Tamiya's M1025 with the Shelter body by REAL Model.  Includes details such as the amber light by Accurate Armour and replacement doors from the Revell kit.

M997 Humvee Ambulance

The base kit is by Academy with everything else scratchbuilt (armour and windows)

The Model is once again Tamiya's M1025 Weapons Carrier with MIG Production's M1114 Upgrade Set, Legend Productions' Mini-Gun and Blast Models' Rear Antenna

US Army M1097A2 HMMWV with Additional Armor - Tikrit, Iraq (June 2004)

 To build this model, I used the Tamiya M1025 Weapons Carrier Model with Calibre 35 soft top conversion kit and a few scratch-built parts thrown in for good measure. The figures are Verlinden and  weapons are a mix of Tamiya, Academy and Accurate Armor. Radio set is Pro-Arts Models.
