Miscellaneous Info:	The Polaris MV Series of All-Terrain Vehicles/Quad Bikes (ATV's) are based on their Sportsman line of civilian vehicles. However, the MV series have been upgraded and improved for military use. The models covered in this index (MV700, MV800 and MV850) have been successively upgraded for improved performance and capability due mostly to a more powerful 2-cylinder engine fitted with each new model.  These Quad Bikes are mostly used as utility vehicles by their owners.  However, Special Operations Forces (SOF) have also seen their benefit and utilize them extensively.
