Originally named the MAV 5, the VM90P APC (P = Protetto which is
translated as “protected” in Italian), is based on the IVECO “Daily”
40.10 MW truck chassis. The
VM90P is very imilar to the VM90T “Torpedo” (unarmored) Multi-Role
Tactical Vehicle (see below)and is sometimes referred to as
“Scarrafone”, which means “Cockroach” in Italian. |
