Miscellaneous Info:	The Dingo 2 HD (Heavy Duty) All-Protected Vehicle Series followed the Dingo 2 ATF with upgraded/improved systems and components.  The German translation for All-Protected Vehicle is Allschutz-Transport Fahrzeug (ATF). Most notable of the changes added to the HD is that it is based upon the Mercedes-Benz FGA 14.5 Special chassis and includes a more powerful engine. These improvements allow the Dingo 2 HD an increased personnel and payload capacity, but at the same dimensions as the Dingo 2. Like its predecessors, the Dingo 2 HD is available in many variants including Ambulance, Command Post, Nuclear-Biological-Chemical Reconnaissance, Patrol & Security, Pick-Up and Tactical Radar Ground-Surveillance vehicles.  There is also a Dingo 2 HD 6x6 version available, but by all accounts, the 4x4 vehicle is the only one produced. At present, the only customer of this vehicle so far is Qatar.
