Miscellaneous Info: | The Lanchester armored cars were built in Mark 1 and Mark 2 versions. The Mark 1 cars can be identified by having dual rear wheels and a drum shaped turret, while the Mark 2 vehicles were fitted with single rear wheels and a "Bishop's mitre" shaped turret. Some Mark 1 and 2 vehicles were fitted with radios instead of the hull mounted machine gun and were designated Mark 1A and Mark 2A respectively. |
