Miscellaneous Info:	The P4P Protégé (Protected Vehicle) is basically an up-armored Peugeot P4 Light All-Terrain Vehicle.  The armor comes in kit form and can be easily fitted and removed at unit level using basic tools. Supposedly, five (5) different versions, built on all three (3) length Peugeot P4 Chassis (2400mm, 2850mm & 3120mm) were built.  However, based on photographs, we have only identified two (2) different versions based on two (2) different chassis.  The two (2) variants identified have very different armor packages, and each was built by one of the armor manufacturers.  The Panhard armored vehicles were much more numerous and are represented by the photos available here.  In approximately 2007, the P4P was replaced by the Panhard PVP.
