December 31, 2021 For our last update of the year, we've added two photos of the Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) family that we forgot we had. One pic is of the LAV-Mortar and the other is of the practically unknown LAV-MARV/SMUD.  Check out our LAV Index to find them.
December 28th Courtesy of Don Allen again, we've posted more photos of the Land Rover Series 2A "Pink Panther" Patrol Vehicle.
December 24th   We've gotten the January 2022 issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine and it has the articles "A Very Special Minerva" by Garry Stuart and "Code Blue" covering a USAF M38A1 Jeep, by Timothy Slawson.

Also, Zvezda has announced a 1/35 K-4386 Typhoon-VDV Model Kit (3648).
December 22nd Today we have some additional photos of the BTR-70 APC via good mate, Don Allen.
December 21st Even with the holidays coming up, there's been more hobby product announcements made.  They are Aber's 1/24 Willys MB Jeep Upgrade Set (24T-03) for the Italeri kit; Dragon Models' 1/72 JGSDF Bushmaster Model Kit (7700); and ICM's 1/35 Sd.Kfz.247 Ausf.B (with MG-34 Machine Gun) Model Kit (35112) and their "Battle of France: Spring 1940" Model Set (DS3514), which includes the kits: Panhard 178 AMD-35, FCM 36 & Laffly V15T.
December 19th We've posted a new index covering an unusual subject: the Clandestine Extended Range Vehicle (CERV).
December 17th Yahu Models has announced a few new products including a 1/35 UAZ-469 Dashboard Set (PL=Poland?) (YML3506), UAZ-469 Dashboard Set (SU=Soviet Union?) (YML3508), both for the Trumpeter kit, and KTO Rosomak Early Upgrade Set (YML3511) for the IBG Models kit.
December 15th Today we've put up a new index covering the Peerless Anti-Aircraft Truck.

Also, Panzer Art has released a set of 1/35 Staghound Armored Car Road Wheels (Dunlop) (RE35-698).
December 12th   The January 2022 issue of Airfix Model World Magazine has arrived and it has an article that should be interesting to you all.  It is titled "Six Wheels On My Wagon" by John Paulding. It covers his build of Gecko Models' 1/35 British ATMP with Ammunition Pallet (35GM0017) model kit.
December 3rd I guess we're stuck in the WWI era as we're posting another vehicle from that time period.  Today's addition is a new vehicle index covering the Thornycroft 13-Pounder Anti-Aircraft Truck.

Also, there's been two new hobby product announcements the last few days.  They are Italeri's re-release of their 1/35 LAV-AT Model Kit (6588) and Trumpeter's 1/35 L4500A Truck with 5cm Flak 41 II Model Kit (09594).
November 28th A couple more hobby products have been announced.  They are 3D Microcosmos' 1/35 Humvee Front Bumper With Winch (MC-35-374) and LM Decals' 1/35 US Army Gun Truck "King Cobra" Decals (LMX0015).
November 24th Today we've posted a new vehicle index for the Peugeot Model 1914 Armored Car.
November 23rd   We've gotten the November issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine and it contains the following articles that may interest you, dear WW visitor: “An Afghan Arsenal” by Craig Allen, “Electric Avenue” by Robert U’ren and “Mobilising the Paris Bus” by Tim Gosling.

November 17th Quickly following up on our last French vehicle addition, we've put up a new index covering the Renault Model 1915 Armored Car.

November 13th Today, we've put up a new vehicle index covering the Renault Model 1914 Armored Car.
November 11th Good friend Don Allen is back with two builds in one.  The kits are a 1/35 Rolls-Royce 1914 Armored Car and Rolls "Tender".

Also, there's yet again a couple more hobby model products that have been announced.  They are FC Model Trend's 3D Printed 1/72 SdKfz 234 Weighted Wheel Set (72433) for the Hasegawa Kits and Quinta Studio's 1/35 Ural 63095 Typhoon-U Interior 3D Decals (QD35026) for the RPG kit.
November 10th Warwheels sponsor AFV Club has announced a new product: the 1/35 M1126 Stryker CROWS-J Model Kit (AF35343).
November 4th We've added a few photos of the Dingo 2 All-Protected Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Vehicle.
November 3rd There were two small-scale hobby product announcements made the past couple days.  They are Hobby Boss' 1/72 Russian 4K51 Rubezh Coastal ASM with P-15 Model Kit (82937) and Trumpeter's 1/72 M983 HEMTT & M901 Launching Station w/MIM-104 Patriot SAM System (PAC-2) Model Kit (07158).
October 30th Today we've posted a new vehicle index for the unique American Clark Armored Observation Automobile.
October 29th A few more hobby modeling products have been announced.  They are Black Dog's 1/35 U.S. M8 Greyhound Accessories Set (T35234) for the Tamiya Kit and Mantis Miniatures' 1/35 MB (Mercedes-Benz) Wolf Canvas Roof (MAC26) and MB Wolf Accessory Set (MAC27), both for the Revell of Germany Kit.
October 23rd We have another Polish vehicle addition, with "new" photos of the Kubus Improvised Armored Car.

In addition a couple more hobby model products have been announced.  They are Echelon Fine Details' 1/35 "Pz.Sp.Wg. P.204(f)" Decals (D356290) and FC Model Trend's 1/9 Kubelwagen "Balloon" Tire Set (19402) for the Esci/Italeri/Revell kits.
October 20th Today we've added an index for another Polish vehicle, the WZ.34 Armored Car.

October 14th Today we've added a new vehicle index covering the Polish WZ.29 Ursus Armored Car.
October 13th   We've received the October issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine and it contains two articles relevant to WarWheels content.  They are "Deadly Efficient Mobile Warfare" (covering C Squadron, SAS and its vehicles) by Gerry van Tonder and "Ferreting Around" by Vicky Turner.

October 8th We're back after a multi-day tech problem.  Thanks for your patience.  Anyway, during that time we were able to work behind the scenes on content, so we have some new stuff to show.  We've added two new vehicle indices covering the Davidson-Cadillac Machine Gun Car and the Davidson-Cadillac Balloon Destroyer.

September 25th We've posted photos of the BTR-82AT Armored Personnel Carrier.

In addition, we don't know how they are doing it, but FC Model Trend has released two more products: 1/35 Autoblinda AB41 (Libya Type) Weighted Wheel Set (35953) and Panhard EBR Weighted Wheel Set (35964).
September 24th A few more product announcements have come up.  They are Hussar Productions’ 1/35 AS 41/42 Metropolitana Wheels (HSR35142) and Panzer Art’s 1/35 BTR-82A Road Wheels (RE35-691), Type 16 MCV Road Wheels (RE35-692) and Ukrainian BTR-80 Sandbag Armor Set (RE35-693).
September 19th Today, we have photos of the Belgian Fox Rapid Response Vehicle.

July 23rd Back to the Boxer MRAV.  We've posted new photos of the Boxer Driver Training Vehicle.
July 22nd Here's the latest hobby product announcements we've come across: First, Tamiya is reissuing the Italeri British SAS Commando Vehicle-1944 (25423), which contains two new figures.  Second, T-Rex Studio is releasing a 1/35 Willys MB Jeep Grill/Fender Set (TR35053), Willys MB Jeep Rear Panel with Tow Hook (TR35054) and Willys MB Jeep (Weighted) Wheel/Tire Set (TR35055), all for the Takom series of kits.
July 18th Today we've posted some photos of the Boxer A1 Command Vehicle.

July 14th   The July issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine has hit my doorstep and it contains the articles "The Beaverette" by Phil Homer and "Land Roving Specialists" by Kate Russell, which covers custom-built civilian Land Rover campers.

July 11th Today we have another book for review courtesy of Casemate Publishers.  This review is by Brent Sauer, creator of the great website HMMWV In Scale. Brent's review covers the new Pen & Sword book "Humvee: American Multi-Role Support Truck", authored by Ben Skipper.
July 10th Copper State Models has announced another 1/35 Lancia Armored Car Model, this one the German Pz.Sp.Wg. 1ZM(i) (35008).
July 9th Today we have a nice treat in the form of a number of photos taken by long-time supporter Mark Holloway during his recent visit to the recently opened National Museum of Military Vehicles in Dubois, Wyoming USA.  Mark's photos cover the following vehicles: Daimler Dingo Mark 3 Scout Car, Fox Mark 1 Armored Car, M8 Greyhound AC, M20 Utility Vehicle, Otter Mark 1 Light Recon Car, Staghound Mark 1 AC and the XM-706E2 Commando.
July 7th We've posted a new index covering the Japanese Type 96 Wheeled Armored Personnel Carrier.

June 27th We've done a bit of clean-up by adding a few photos of British Modern Vehicles including the Coyote TSV, HMT Extenda Patrol Vehicle and Mastiff PPV.
June 22nd Progress stands for no one. We have a couple more hobby model products we've heard about the past few days.  They are Revell's 1/9 Kubelwagen Typ.82 "Platinum Edition" Model Kit (03500) and RPG Model's 1/35 Kamaz Typhoon VDV K-4386 with 30mm 2A42 Autocannon (35002) and Kamaz K-4386 Typhoon-VDV (Early) (35021) model kits.

June 19th   The June issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine has arrived from the other side of the pond already and it contains the article "Jeeping for Joy" by Jordan Dowdall.  The article covers the ownership journey of one of the younger members of the military vehicle collecting community.

May 25th   The May issue of Classic Military Vehicle magazine has gotten here a little later than normal, but it doesn't disappoint. It contains three articles covering vehicles most likely to be interesting to our visitors. They are, "Cold Weather Specialists" (covering Land Rovers during Arctic Training) via Crown Copyright, "Land Rover Buyers Guide" by Craig Allen and "Symbol of Defiance" (highlighting the Coventry Armored Car) by David Fletcher.
May 23rd You want to see more of Don Allen's great work?  Look no further as he has sent us 50 photos of his latest build, a 1/35 Rolls Royce 1914 Pattern Armored Car mounting a 1 Pounder "Pom Pom" Gun.
May 13th Don has finished his second project containing the 1/35 Copper State Armored Autocar Model Kit.  You really have to check both of his models as they're simply amazing!

April 24th Today we present Don Allen's second version of the 1/35 Copper State Armored Autocar Model Kit.  This one depicts a vehicle disabled by German forces in 1918.  FYI, Don is first building all of his kit projects and he will then finally paint them together at the end.
